Our full lettings management offering provides the following:
General Management:
- Preparation and submission of monthly rent statements
- Periodic inspections and reporting of findings where necessary
- Dealing with notices to end a tenancy
- Handling day to day maintenance and repair work
- Arranging annual gas safety checks
- Arranging payment of contractors invoices
Service for Securing a New Tenant:
- Advertising the property on the open market
- Undertaking all viewings
- Selecting the prospective tenant
- Undertaking credit and referencing checks
- Arranging all tenancy documentation
- Registration of deposit
- Arranging an independent inventory clerk to prepare the inventory (separately charged)
- Finalising leasehold documents
