Our Services

We provide a bespoke Lettings Management service especially for Landlords who own investment properties within the 160 apartment blocks that we maintain.

This provides us with the unique opportunity to offer ‘synergy’ through both service charge management and buy-to-let (lettings) management.

Our teams work together to provide a full service, founded on the moral code of ethics created by the Royal Institution of Charted Surveyors.

Our full lettings management offering provides the following:

 

General Management:

  • Preparation and submission of monthly rent statements
  • Periodic inspections and reporting of findings where necessary
  • Dealing with notices to end a tenancy
  • Handling day to day maintenance and repair work
  • Arranging annual gas safety checks
  • Arranging payment of contractors invoices

Service for Securing a New Tenant:

  • Advertising the property on the open market
  • Undertaking all viewings
  • Selecting the prospective tenant
  • Undertaking credit and referencing checks
  • Arranging all tenancy documentation
  • Registration of deposit
  • Arranging an independent inventory clerk to prepare the inventory (separately charged)
  • Finalising leasehold documents
