James Buckley - Head of Estate Management

BSc (Hons) MIRPM MRICS

James manages the Chaneys Team and has 20 years' property management experience. Having joined Chaneys in 2011, he became a Chartered Surveyor in 2014 and has worked on all portfolio’s within the company over that time.

Christopher Fagan – Senior Property Manager

Chris has more than 10 years’ experience in property management and he and his team manage the bulk of Chaneys Reading portfolio.

Elisa Norton – Senior Property Manager

Elisa and her team manage Chaneys ‘Thames Valley’ Portfolio which includes areas to the East of Reading and into the Home Counties.

Sarah Morrisen - Senior Property Manager

CIHM Cert. CIH MIRPM AssocRICS

Sarah joined Chaneys in 2015 and is based ‘on site’ at Chaneys largest managed site in Basingstoke. Sarah has gained qualifications with the Chartered Housing Institute, the Institute of Residential Property Management as well as being an Associate of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Josh Dudley - Property Manager

Josh manages sites within Elisa’s team and the ‘Thames Valley’ region and has useful experience of managing a diverse portfolio.

Misha Clarke - Property Manager

Misha works with Chris to manage Chaneys Reading sites, working closely with management company directors and leaseholders to ensure the smooth running of the estate.

Abbey Downing – Property Manager

Having joined Chaneys in 2021, with a background in rental property management, Abbey now works with Wendy Orwin and manages a portfolio with properties in West Reading, Newbury, Oxford and Henley. Abbey is an Associate of the Institute of Residential Property Management.

Prabjoth Seehra – Property Manager

Prabh joined the Chaneys team in 2024 and manages a portfolio predominantly in the West Reading area, working alongside Abbey and Tara.

Wendy Walter - Assistant Property Manager

Wendy joined Chaneys in 2018 and works with Chris and Misha in the management of the Reading Portfolio.

Lucy Broadfoote-Brown – Assistant Property Manager

Lucy works with Sarah in the Basingstoke Office and having joined in 2021 has good experience in dealing with leaseholders requests and managing maintenance activities.

Tara Dalfsen – Assistant Property Manager

Tara works with Elisa and Josh in managing the Thames Valley portfolio, including fielding queries from residents and owners and liaising with maintenance providers.

Hamza Bashir – Client Accountant

Hamza joined Chaneys in 2024 and works on the client year-end accounts, monthly bank reconciliations and service charge billing aspects of the accounting service.

Hannah Jacques – Accounts Assistant

Hannah works in Chaneys accounts team and handles the accounts receivable, receipt allocations, credit control and service charge collection.

Susanna Cann – Office Administrator

Susanna manages the reception desk and general mailbox and also handles the conveyancing / resales process at Chaneys.
